Jackie Gallagher also known as the Pillsbury* Kitchenista is a Professional Home Economist who has worked in the packaged goods food industry for 20 years. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, Jackie has worked almost her entire career with General Mills Canada Corporation. Jackie is a mother of three children (now 17, 15 and 11), so she knows on a personal level what it's like to be a busy mom these days.
