¾ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp unsalted butter

INSTRUCTIONS
In an 8” square baking pan, place chunks of cookie and brownie dough randomly throughout the pan. Press down lightly so the top is even.
Bake at 350F for 20 – 22 minutes or until the dough is almost set. Remove from the oven and let cool until just warm enough to handle.
Scoop and press a combination of brownie and peanut butter cookie dough into a 2" scoop then release the dough onto a cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
Place the cookies into the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, in the top of a double-boiler, melt the chocolate chips together with the cream, butter and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
Dunk the truffles into the melted chocolate mixture and top with chopped peanuts, if desired.
Refrigerate until set.
