Candied Apple Cinnamon Bread
A candy–apple-topped cinnamon bread served with whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS
1 can Pillsbury* Grands with Icing (Only use 4 Grands)
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cored
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp Whipped Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375C.
Cut the apples into eighths.
In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar together. Add the apples to the sugar mixture and cook on medium until a caramel color. When slightly cooled, place apples evenly in the bottom of 4 ramekins.
Cut the Grands into small pieces and place on top of the apples. Place the ramekins in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
To serve, run a knife around the edge of the ramekins and turn out onto a serving plate, (apples should be on top). Top with whipped cream.
(Optional: as decoration, put a few thin slices of apple in the oven on parchment paper while cooking the Grands. Place the apple chips on the whipped cream).
