Swiss and Sage Turkey Bites
A new twist for holiday leftovers. Turkey, dried cranberries, pecans and Swiss cheese. Seasoned with sage and a hint of garlic.

INGREDIENTS
2 x 235g Pkg Pillsbury original crescent rolls
4 oz Cream cheese
1 & 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup +2 tbsp toasted pecan pieces
1 cup leftover turkey meat, shredded
2 tsp Dried sage leaves
3/4 tsp Garlic powder
4 tsp Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a food processor, or with a hand mixer, combine all cheeses, seasoning and milk. Blend until everything is fully incorporated.
Add turkey, dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of pecans. Mix everything together with a spatula until everything is evenly distributed.
Unroll dough and cut each triangle in half.
Spoon a tbsp of filling into the centre of each piece of dough.
Fold all edges up into the middle, pinching together any openings. Roll lightly in your hand to form a ball.
Press a few pieces of reserved pecans into the top of each ball.
Place 1 inch apart on a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes 32 pieces.
