Crescent Moon Pizzas
Add a fun twist to an old favourite; roll up cheese, Pepperettes, pizza sauce and anything else you like.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans Pillsbury Crescents
1 can (7.5 fl oz/213 ml) Primo Garlic and Basil Pizza Sauce
6 Schneider's Pepperettes, sliced (original)
1 cup (250 ml) grated Monterey Jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375F (190C)
Unroll and separate Pillsbury crescent rolls and spread with pizza sauce
Add sliced Pepperettes, laying flat side down (you can add whatever other ingredients you like: mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese (I like the taste of Monterey Jack but any cheese would do)
Roll up Pillsbury crescent rolls as per package directions and place on cookie sheet. Bend into crescent shape and tuck ends in
Bake 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese bubbles out
When done take them out of the oven and let them sit for about 1 minute then enjoy!
