Ingredients

1 can (235 g) Pillsbury* Crescent Rolls

1 - 6 oz can flaked tuna drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2/3 cup mayonnaise type whipped salad dressing

2 stalks of celery diced

2 green onions sliced

1/3 cup toasted almonds (slivers or flakes)

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 teaspoon dill weed

1 teaspoon soft butter

1 Tablespoon flaked almonds

Instructions

Mix tuna, cheese, salad dressing, celery, green onions, toasted almonds, cranberries, pepper, and dill weed.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Now open the Pillsbury* Crescent Rolls and separate the rolls.  Arrange them on the baking sheet in a sunburst shape overlapping slightly.  Place the tuna topping mixture in a circle around the middle.  Now start folding the outer points in to cover the filling leaving a small space between each roll so the topping shows through a bit and you have a small wreath shape.

Brush the top with a bit of soft butter and sprinkle on a few almond flakes.

Bake for 15 -20 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until golden brown.  Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with a crisp green salad and you have a quick impromptu lunch for 4.
